Are you someone who is away from home often? Do you travel for work or take vacations? Do you have a dog who needs care while you are at work? If so, Paws & Claws Finishing Touch, the premier doggy daycare in Battle Creek, can help. In this post, we will discuss the items that you will need to be sure you have to ensure your dog is properly taken care of, happy, and safe while in the care of our doggy daycare.

Records of Vaccination

For the safety of your dog and the other dogs at our facility, we require a current vaccination certificate from your veterinarian that includes, rabies, Bordetella, and distemper / parvo.

Food (if desired)

While food and water are provided to your dog as a part of doggy daycare and dog boarding, you can also bring food for them. If your dog has dietary restrictions, we ask that you please include your dog’s name and instructions for feeding with the food you bring.

Medications

If your dog is currently on medication and will need it while you are away, please bring it with you along with any special instructions or tips. If your dog will only take the medicine with one of their treats, please be sure to bring those, too.

Bedding / Toys

While there is nothing more important to us than the comfort and security of your dog and we do everything we can to make them feel content, there is no place like home. If your dog has bedding, blankets, or toys that will help them feel comfortable and secure while they are away from home, you should bring them to doggy daycare.

At Paws & Claws Finishing Touch, a trusted and reputable doggy daycare in Battle Creek, we want you and your dog to have the best experience with our facility possible! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Paws & Claws doggy daycare in Battle Creek today!
