“Man, oh man, where do I begin? Fabulous place!!! I called on a Thursday evening and was able to get my large cat, Alice, in the following Monday. I called a couple hours beforehand and asked if I could bring in my Chihuahua, Jasper, and get him groomed as well. They were very flexible and happy to oblige. Customer service is stellar! We showed up, they were so kind, the store looked great other than some fur on the floor, but come on, you have to expect that. I had been given a price estimate over the phone when I had called and made the appointment, ended up paying less than what was estimated, and the prices are already great. They really treated my boys like family, I couldn't recommend a better place. I plan to move across the state in a few years and I'll probably still bring my boys here because the staff is just so wonderful. The job that they did grooming our pets was great as well. It's difficult to find a cat groomer, let alone one this good. This was our first time, and we will be back. Thank you!” – Claudia L.

“I took my very senior Tibetan spaniel into Paws and Claws for a bath,  nail trim and "sani-trim". I had been taking him to Petco to his,  and my, favorite groomer Rachel. Sam is a rescue and can be a little unpredictable, but Rachel was always happy to see him. I heard Rachel had moved to Paws and Claws and was so happy to have found her. It's a bit further to drive but Sam is worth the best. He is my happy, non-clicking, clean smelling, handsome man once again. Thank you, Rachel.
